A clear design document must be agreed by both by yourselves and us, a quote will then be provided before design work commences.

Once a site has been designed and accepted by you, any changes will be charged based on an hourly rate. We will quote you before making any changes.

Setup fees apply to all new websites and are currently £27. These 3rd party must be paid in advance of any design being carried out (Domain Name registration, currently £12 for two years for a .co.uk name from HostingUK. Web Hosting, currently £15 per year from Catalyst2.)

If and when these fees become due again, we will contact you in advance. Renewal fees must be paid otherwise your site will become unavailable.
